Product Background

Mongoose Web Server Library is integrated into the “Network blocks” - Industrial Networking modules with multiprotocol support, and enables a web-based UI with a simple API for it.

Balluff’s network modules are used to reliably control and monitor industrial machines and systems, and enable professional industrial communication and network technology.

Q: What challenges did you encounter that required the Mongoose Web Server Library?

A: During the development of the new IO-Link master generation, we needed a solution that offers state-of-the-art capabilities and allows for seamless integration into our new platform.
The IO-Link masters include several IoT interfaces that facilitate communication. For this, Mongoose provides a framework for integrating these IoT interfaces (REST, MQTT, etc.).
